We have provided our best value price for the home based users, who has single or multiple computers for their personal use. For business use, please access our link for Solution For Business.
We only provide the technical support, customers are responsible to purchase required parts. Upon agreed to pay additionally for the parts, we may be able to provide the parts as well. We will be following the same procedure to buy parts as well as customers do, upon any additional cost such as shipping and handling fees, it will be under customer's responsibility to pay for it.
Note: The service fees mentioned below will only work if you register yourself as our customer and there is $25.00 one time charge for that. After that all the fees listed below will apply.
Another option: We are also available to work with you at the rate of $50 per hour if you want us to work hourly.

For example: If your computer is infected with virus, then you will be charged $25.00 one time fee plus $45.00 for virus removal if you are calling to get support for the first time. Once you are our registered customer then the next time for all other issues, you will be only charged the above listed fees, there will not be any additional $25.00 charges for all your future support.
