A: No, As we only provide break/fix support at this time so there is no any refund policy because we only charge for our time and troubleshooting. We can not refund as we are to verify our work before we leave from work site. If the verification is positive then we can not guarantee if something fails later.
A: Yes, you have to agree with our service agreement.
A: We will provide 10% service fee discount on your next service visit or we will write a check for that amount but it will only apply if the next customer will spend at least $75 or more in the service fee. If they spend $75.00 then either we will write you a check for $7.50 or we can provide you 10% discount on your next service visit.
A: Our drop off location is 6137 Lincoln St, Frederick, CO 80530.
A: Yes, we recommend all our customers to be at the site while the repair job is being done. Either you or one of your family member the minimum age of 18 years old, have to be present at the site. This will help us to do our job with free mind because we do not want any additional blames.(For example: while the tech was on site, he/she stole your stuff or money.) You must have to agree with our policy if it will be required to work on site on your absence or simply we can bring your equipment at our own location and will drop off once completed.
