which will help you better understand and please remember, we are here
to help you with your technical problems. Even we have helped several
customers for 100% free with their very small issues which may take us
resolve only couple minutes. But we all know this, "Time is more
valuable than Money" this is why we need to charge you. Our service fees are very less
than other technical support providers as our main plan is to help!!!
Currently, we have two types of service available to Support the needs of small businesses at very cheaper maintenance cost for them. One is our contract based support and another is open service as we only charge as we will support the issues but our fee will vary as the type of support we will provide. It also depends upon the number of computers and other equipments we will be supporting.
Note: The service
fees mentioned below will only work if you register your business as our
customer and there is $75.00 one time charge for that. After that all
the fees listed below will apply. All the prices are based upon one machine and it will vary as it will increase the number of machines.
Another option: We are also available to work with you at the rate of $75 per hour if you want us to work hourly.
Here we have planned the cost of support, if you are willing to have a
